Training

"Motivated and well-trained employees shape the success of a forward-looking company!"
Ferdinand Munk, Managing Director of MUNK Group

For this reason, we attach great importance to detailed and future-focused training. The MUNK Group employs about 400 people and produces high-quality access technology solutions bearing the "Made in Germany" quality mark.

As an innovative company, it is very important to us to support young people as they start their professional careers. We train various professions in both the commercial and trade sector. We regard training as an investment in the future of the company, but also in the future of the young employee. For this reason, we give particular emphasis to modern and practice-based training.

The main objective of our training is to create qualified new talent for our company. During training, the young people learn job-specific skills and knowledge across all relevant areas while under our supervision. During training, project and team work play a major role and offer much deeper insights into the company and the field of work in question. It helps people understand contexts better.

We encourage every trainee according to their individual abilities and skills. This targeted approach of focusing on each individual is just as important to us as working in a pleasant working environment.
